Robert frequently is selected nationally as arbitrator and mediator to resolve commercial disputes and has a proven track record.

Robert is proficient in virtual hearings, e-discovery, blockchain and AI issues in dispute resolution. He earned the 2025 TechCred competency credential in digital arbitration practice from New York Law School.

Robert is an active member of the ADR Standing Committee of the California Lawyers Association Litigation Committee, and is a 2026 inductee into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
